How can I make a better decision?

Before you make a decision, there is an important to understand 5 W:

1. When?

1. When is the best time to produce this product?
2. When will be the best time to promote?
3. Because of time factor, the products cannot be promoted neither too early or too late.

2. Why?

1. Why do I want to product this product?
2. Why do I design this way?

3. What?

1. What functionality I want the product to include?
2. What services I want to provide?

4. Where?

1. Where do I want to sell the product?

5. WHo?

1. Who is my target customer?

6. How?

1. How do I promote the product?
2. How do I sell the product?

This is some guideline for implementing a decision. At least, this can avoid less chance to make a bad decision.
